The 2 staff members who were working the late shift were amazing! The lady took a lot of time with me trying to find the best price for our next stay and she has booked us 2 rooms joining in the disabled room on the ground floor which we stayed in last night. We have booked 2 rooms joining as our 16 year old son will be travelling with us next time and we wanted to be close together

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Maria who check us in and cleaning staff who gave give me extra teabags instead of coffee. Clean, comfortable room and nice location only a 20 min walk to the marina area where there are bars/restaurants.

The hotel was excellent, the breakfast delicious and we also had the dinner too as our car had broken down so we stayed on the next day. The staff were all fantastic in looking after us, friendly, professional and kind. Give we were stranded for a day at the hotel after we’d checked out until our car was recovered we saw how good and welcoming your staff were. Lima on reception was extremely helpful as was everyone else. Thanks again and we will definitely stay again based on our hugely positive experience. K regards David

It is situated right near to where I wanted to be, so made it very easy for me to catch up with friends who live close by. The shower was great, couldn’t fault it!

The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and well aired. We had asked for an accessible room and it entirely met our needs. I received excellent responses when I asked staff for help. I liked the notice you can hang on the door asking the cleaners not to bother today.

Ibis Swansea had comfortable rooms either modern decor and scrupulously clean. Hairdryer, iron and tea and coffee were provided in the room and a lift serviced all floors. It was very quiet and had free onsite parking. There is a great lounge/bar area on the ground floor and the onsite bar and restaurant were very convenient. The staff were fantastic: helpful, friendly and relaxed.

The hotel was quite nice, the lady who checked me in was really lovely and really helpful with suggestions on what to do around Swansea. The housekeeping staff were really lovely and always ready to help. I also liked that you could skip daily room cleans, which was a win for me sustainability wise

The location was very good for me, not far from city centre. The room was very spacious, the food brilliant and the staff exceptional. The parking was free as long as you registered your car at the reception desk. It was very quiet considering there were a couple of hen parties also booked in. The room servicers were also very efficient, replenishing towels, tea/ coffee etc. The checkout time was up to 12 noon which I found very good.

Ideal location for access to M4, close to Swansea's two main museums and opposite a Park and Ride costing only £1/day to park, with free travel to and from the city centre. Good breakfast - choice of full English or Continental buffet with self-service. Very good, well equipped, clean, modern room with ensuite bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Dog friendly. Free parking.

Clean, well kept, free parking, decent sized room, friendly staff, quick check-in and a good base for Swansea and the Gower, though a car needed for both.
